Meet Hazel Hightower, Disney’s Newly Revealed S.E.A. Adventurer
Disney has revealed Hazel Hightower after an online S.E.A. mystery, connecting a new character to Disneyland’s Frontierland and adventurer lore.
A name behind the mystery
Disney Parks Blog’s October 20 reveal introduces Hazel Hightower as the character behind a Society of Explorers and Adventurers puzzle. The clues followed a missing artifact and invited fans to solve the mystery online, including from home.
A family connection and a new adventure
Within Disney’s fictional storyline, Hazel is Harrison Hightower III’s daughter. Her journey involves a time-travel invention called the Timeskipper and the Ridge Jewel. The reveal gives fans another character to explore within the interconnected S.E.A. stories.
The Disneyland connection
The announcement places the Ridge Jewel at the ticket booth outside Pioneer Mercantile in Frontierland and describes a limited-time commemorative ticket. That is an announcement detail, not a guarantee of current availability. Hazel also receives an oar tribute at The Tropical Hideaway.
